Our Year 12 D6 students enjoyed a fantastic trip to Lancaster University on Friday, where they took part in an engaging and informative careers and opportunities event.
Throughout the day, students explored a wide range of stalls and exhibitions, speaking directly with universities, training providers, and employers about the many exciting pathways available after Sixth Form. From higher education options to apprenticeships and career routes, the event gave students plenty to think about as they begin to shape their futures.
It was a great chance for students to ask questions, gather useful resources and gain insight into the next steps in their academic or professional journeys.
A big thank you to Mrs Taylor, Mr Miele and Mrs Sale for supporting the visit and making this opportunity possible. We’re proud of how our students represented D6 and look forward to seeing how this experience helps guide their decisions moving forward.
