D6 Taster Day

We were delighted to welcome prospective students to our D6 Taster Day, which took place across all three of our sites.

The day provided students with the opportunity to experience life at D6 first-hand, giving them a real insight into the subjects on offer, the learning environment and the opportunities available as part of our Sixth Form community.

Throughout the day, students took part in a variety of taster lessons, met staff and current students, and explored the different pathways available to them after Year 11. It was fantastic to see so many students getting involved, asking questions and embracing the experience with enthusiasm.

Taster Days are an important part of the transition process, helping students to make informed decisions about their future studies while giving them a chance to experience the independence, challenge and support that come with Sixth Form life.

A huge thank you to all the students who attended and to the staff who helped make the day such a success. We hope everyone enjoyed their time with us and left feeling excited about the opportunities that D6 has to offer.

We look forward to welcoming many of you back in the future as part of the D6 community.
